Increase Your Brand Exposure with SEO

Did you know that Google has about 90-95% of the search engine market share in Australia?

Here’s hoping we don’t lose Google over here in Aus, however, there are always other options out there for effective search engine marketing like Microsoft’s Bing, Ask Jeeves, Yahoo etc.

If you haven’t heard, Google isn’t a fan of Aus Gov’s proposed digital media code and has threatened to pull Google from Australia.

ABC’s Report: https://www.abc.net.au/news/2021-01-25/google-may-pull-search-engine-from-australia-what-happens-next/13086712 and if you feel like a little more reading, here’s Google’s explanation behind the whole shenanigan: https://about.google/google-in-australia/an-open-letter/.

We’re not interested in making any of our own speculations or share our opinion on the matter at this point, however, in this post we would like to share how you can best rank your business website in search engines.

So, here goes.
There’s this wonderful thing called Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).

As SEO expert Neil Patel puts it, “Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of optimizing your online content so that a search engine likes to show it as a top result for searches of a certain keyword.”

But how can WE make your business website rank in search engines?

Well, there are sooo many ranking factors that search engines take into consideration.. but to keep this post short, sharp and shiny, the key factors we feel are most valuable are:
1. Technical SEO such as page titles, meta descriptions, H1 tags, rich snippets, XML sitemap and Google Analytics installed.
👆… all the nerdy stuff that we take care of for our clients. 🤓

2. High-quality content and effective copy that explains your key offerings (products and services) in detail with keywords strategically inserted across each page.

3. Design with the visitor in mind, such as fast load time, quality visuals and an easy to navigate site. Your website needs to be user-friendly and designed with the visitor’s journey in mind.

Businesses need to earn #1 ranking in search engines by staying on top of algorithms, keywords and competitors. SEO isn’t a quick fix, it’s a long game in the grand scheme of marketing.

So, we’re super excited to offer THREE spots in our new SEO & SEM program package! We’re looking for businesses who want us to do the clever thinking and heavy lifting, so they can keep doing what they do best while we help bring in new leads.
